If you choose HP Express delivery to an address, the address can be anywhere within the Republic of Croatia. For delivery to the workplace, please give us the company name in the note, since the delivery people automatically ask for the last name at a certain address.

Your complete privacy and discretion is our priority. We pack all products completely discreetly in standard opaque cardboard boxes or envelopes. The package contains your information and the information of the company that sends the package, Omić mobile phones d.o.o. There is no mention anywhere of “Sex shop”, “sexy-shop.hr” or any association where the package comes from, so that no one (including the delivery person) can guess the contents of the package. If for some reason you cannot pick up the parcels personally, you can request the service of keeping parcels at the post office (poste restante). The selected post office will keep all parcels addressed to you for 30 days. You can pick them up in person at the post office within the specified period.

If you were not at the address when the delivery man tried to deliver, he will leave you a notification about the shipment’s due date, with the shipment number indicated on it. The package will be left at your local post office. If you want a repeat delivery, you should contact HP customer service and arrange a new delivery time or pick up your package in person at your post office with a receipt and ID card. We ship orders and payments received on weekdays from Monday to Friday until 2:00 p.m. the same day. We offer delivery for the whole of Croatia via the HP Express delivery service within 1-3 working days. Delivery for orders up to EUR 40 (HRK 301.38) is EUR 6 (HRK 45.21), above EUR 40 (HRK 301.38) delivery is free. We can send packages to your address, but you can also choose to have the package delivered to the main post office for your location (delivery within 1-3 working days).

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the day the invoice is issued. If it happens within the warranty period that the product has changed properties or stopped working, you can return the product and it will be exchanged for the same or a similar product. Only in the event that we are unable to do the above, you will be refunded the value of the product within 14 working days from the date of the complaint. In the event of a complaint, please notify us by e-mail or telephone with a description of the problem before returning the goods.

If you want to cancel the order you have made, please let us know immediately (by phone or email) so that we do not send the package.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it with a refund of the full amount paid, including the delivery amount if it was charged (valid only for the return of the entire order).

Refunds will be made in accordance with the legal deadline of 14 days (ZZP), i.e. after we receive the product at the warehouse.

We are aware of the fact that over the Internet it is more difficult to choose a product that completely suits you, and that is why zavez.hr allows simple returns and product exchanges within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it with a refund of the full amount paid, including the delivery amount if it was charged (only for the return of the entire order). All returned products must be unused, unworn and unopened, with all supplied parts and in the original packaging. If you choose to pay when picking up the package (Hrvatska pošta), you can only pay the postman in cash.

If you are a registered user then you can track your order history, add products to your wish list, change your address and change your password.
